All products sold through our website are currently on pre-order after which they can be ordered directly.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Payment has been successfully processed; and
• We have accepted the order for production.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the request, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has already been received for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Delivery Charges

Delivery, shipping, courier, transportation, customs duties, taxes, or similar charges are NOT included in the product price displayed on the website.

8. Risk of Loss

Unless prohibited by applicable law, the risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier or otherwise dispatched for delivery.

Ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.

Because production begins after confirmation:

• Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
• If cancellation is approved before production begins, refunds may be issued subject to any applicable payment processing or administrative fees.

• Refunds are generally not available after production has begun.
• Returns based on buyer preference, change of mind, or ordering mistakes are generally not accepted.
• Exchanges are offered only where required by law or expressly approved by us.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under local law.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, kindly notify us within a reasonable time of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear photographs or videos showing the problem

After review, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the issue
• Replace the product
